1. EL RETIRO: enjoy a walk in this beautiful park, an oasis right in the center of the city. Don't miss out the "Palacio de Cristal".

2. PUERTA DE ALCALÁ: one of the ancient doors of the city, UNESCO world heritage.

3. PLAZA CIBELES: Cibeles Palace is nowadays home of the city hall. And in the fountain right in front of it Real Madrid celebrates its wins.

4. EL PRADO: one of the world's most famous museums and home of the most important collection of European painters (among them Velázquez and
Goya).

5. GRAN ViA: the heart of the city. Walk along this vibrant street that never sleeps. Discover its shops, restaurants and theaters. And for a nice 180 degree
view of the city, go up to one of the cool rooftops of the area (my personal recommendations: Círculo de
Bellas Artes and Hotel Riu Plaza)

6. BARRIO DE LAS LETRAS: bohemian and warm, get lost into its streets full of surprises and sit in a cafe in PLAZA DE SANTA ANA.

7. PUERTA DEL SOL: one of the icons of the city. The whole country welcomes the New Year at the pace of its historical clock (check our YouTube Channel to

8. PLAZA MAYOR: perfect place to enjoy a sunny day, sitting in a cafe and enjoying the typical "bocadillo the calamares".

9. PALACIO REAL: one of the biggest royal palaces in the world.

10. CATEDRAL DE LA ALMUDENA: built right next to the Royal Palace, this cathedral hosted the Royal wedding.
